This Privacy Policy explains how CelalDak ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website, coaching services, and related communications (collectively, the "Services"), including our coaching program, Reclaim.

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

CelalDak is a fitness and lifestyle coaching business based in Belgium, in the European Union, offering coaching services to clients located in the EU, the United States, and other countries.

2. Information We Collect

Contact information: name, email address, phone number, social media handle (e.g. Instagram).
Health and fitness information: information you share about your physical health, fitness goals, training history, body measurements, progress photos, and related lifestyle information relevant to coaching (which may include sensitive information such as references to substance use, mental health, or addiction recovery, shared voluntarily by you as part of coaching).
Payment information: processed through our payment provider, Whop. We do not directly store your full card details — Whop handles payment processing on our behalf.
Call recordings: if you have coaching calls with us, these may be recorded for coaching quality, accountability, and reference purposes. You will be notified before any call is recorded.
Communications data: messages exchanged with us via Instagram DMs, email, or other messaging tools, and information submitted through Trainerize (our training/tracking platform).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, personalize, and manage your coaching program
Track your training and progress via Trainerize
Process payments via Whop
Communicate with you about your coaching, including via Instagram DMs and email
Improve our coaching methods and services
Maintain records of coaching calls for quality and continuity of care
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Sensitive Information

Because our coaching addresses lifestyle change related to substance use and physical transformation, you may voluntarily share sensitive personal information with us (for example, related to health, mental health, or substance use). We treat this information with additional care, use it only for the purpose of providing your coaching, and do not share it publicly without your explicit consent (for example, if you agree to a testimonial).

5. Third-Party Tools We Use

We share limited information with the following third-party service providers, each of which processes data under their own privacy policies:

If you are located in the EU/EEA, we process your data based on:

Contract — to provide the coaching services you've signed up for
Consent — for sensitive health information and call recordings

Because we serve clients in both the EU and the US, your data may be transferred and processed outside your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are only available to individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
